Capiz State University-Main Campus College of Education (CoEd) produced a total of 306 new Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs) in the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) - Secondary level based on the result released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), last May 24.

Out of 306 CapSU LET passers, 285 of them are first-timers, and 21 are repeaters.

"Reviewing for the LEPT was never easy, as stated by my seniors way back when I was still in college. But with my friends, things were not as bad as I thought they would be. So, when I faced the so-called 'hardest board exam' I was unfazedโ€”not until I read the first item of my major. I panicked and questioned my intellect. I also asked myself, "Where on Earth did they get such items?" They were so difficult that I lost confidence in passing the examination. Hence, as I waited for the result, I busied myself while praying to God to bless me. When I saw my name on that list, I was so happy and blessed that I thanked God so much. He gave me more than what I have asked for. Now, for those who will take the LEPT there is no secret to passing it. As long as you do your very best in every step of the way, you know what you are aiming for, and you surrender everything to the Almighty Father along the way; you will pass the board," stated by Joanna Grace de Guzman, one of the LET passers.

Joining the list of passers are 61 graduates of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd), 58 of Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) major in English, 37 of Bachelor of Technology & Livelihood Education, 47 of BSEd Science, and 71 graduates of BSEd Filipino.

With this, CapSU yields an overall performance of 80.10% following the number of its LET passers.
