The Professional Board Regulation (PRC) released the results for the August 2024 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination on Thursday, August 29.

1,655 examinees passed the said examination out of 3,058 candidates all over the country resulting in an overall 54.12%. While CapSU has 22 passers from 46 delegates: 18 first-timers and 28 repeaters; procuring an overall rating of 48.73%.

"I prepared by listening carefully during review center discussions. After each session, I practiced solving problems to better understand the topics. If I found any questions difficult, I used online resources to help me," said Engr. Edgar Aaron Villareal during an online interview.

"During the exam, I do remember using my calculator to randomly generate numbers between 1 and 4 to decide my answers whenever I am unsure," he added.

The examination takes place in four provinces in the country: Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Metro Manila on August 24-25, 2024.
