Student leaders join 3-day leadership camp, inducted

Newly elected student leaders of Capiz State University – Roxas City Main Campus participated in Pagtukod: Leadership Camp 2026, a three-day leadership formation program held at the university from July 29 to 31.
The camp gathered officers of the Supreme Student Council (SSC), Future Leaders of the Philippines (FLP), and representatives from various student organizations to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare them for their roles for Academic Year 2026–2027.
The first day featured leadership sessions, workshops, action planning, and a campus tour.
Atty. Toche Vic Doce, Officer in Charge of the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, discussed the policies, procedures, and documentation required in organizing student activities and events.
Additionally, participants attended plenary sessions and team building activities on the second day to strengthen teamwork, communication, and collaboration among student leaders.
The program concluded on July 31 with the induction of newly elected officers led by Dr. Cleo Jude A. Joaquin, CAPSU Main Campus - Focal Person.
Following the induction, outgoing Supreme Student Council President Camille Ann Dicon and Future Leaders of the Philippines President Christian Ventura, represented by Al Jun Donasco, delivered their farewe
ll messages.
Newly inducted SSC President Joshua Andrei Biñas and FLP President John Vincent Gregorio then delivered their acceptance speeches before the ceremonial turnover of the Key of Responsibility.
The leadership camp carried the theme, "Building Leaders Through Faith and Purpose," as part of the university's leadership formation program for student leaders.
