WVSU CoEd Graduate School Students conduct Seminar-Workshop

The College of Education (CoEd) students of Capiz State University (CapSU)-Main Campus attended the seminar and workshop conducted by the College of Education Graduate School Students of West Visayas State University (WVSU), held at the CapSU Conference Room on November 17, Friday.

 

Bearing the theme “PAGHANAS: Retooling and Upskilling Assessment Practices for Teachers in the 21st Century”, the said event aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of first-year college pre-service students in their academic journey.

 

The seminar-workshop covered various topics wherein Mr. Jun Felip A. Cabanalan, Teacher II from Sinamay National High School, talked about the Table of Specifications; Ma'am Cheyserr Mae-Libb C. Alabata, Teacher I from Sibalom National High School, discussed the Test Construction; Maam Geraldine B. Vito, MT I from Ramon Avaceña National High School, introduced the Zipgrade; and Maam Mary Fe D. Duno, SHS MT II from Pontevedra National High School concluded the topic about Gamification.

 

Dr. Mary Grace Galagate, Dr. Gemma Agustin, Prof. Ginalyn Dacles, and Prof. Mark Neil Casidsid, CoEd faculties, were also present during the event.

 

The seminar concluded with an impression by one of the students and a closing message from Dr. Sybel Joy F. Labis.
