𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒

Capiz State University (CapSU) – Main Campus, being the center of academic excellence, once again filled with pride and honor as it produced another topnotcher in the recently concluded August 2024 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination (MELE), last August 16-18.

As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,144 out of 3,485 takers (32.83%) have successfully passed the said examination wherein 18 passers (51.43%) are from CapSU – Main Campus, including Engr. Jerson Amongo who ranked 3rd.

“First of all, thankful gid ko kay God kay answered prayer gid. Doble gid akon kasadya kay bukod sa nakapasar ko, nakasulod pa ako sa top. Wala nako daan ga expect nga makasulod ko sa top kay mabudlay gid ang first and last day samon exam”, pahayag ni Engr. Amongo when about how he felt as the result of the examination released.

He also gave thanks to the people who were behind his success. “Ang akon mga parents gid ang nagtaguyod sakon pag-eskwela, dako gid akon pasalamat sa ila kag sa akon family kay ginabuligan gid nila ko sa gastuson kung na sho-short day mama kag papa sa pag-eskwela sakon. Gapasalamat man ko sakon miga kag mga upod sa boarding house, muna gid ila perme nahambal nga ma top gid ko kuno.”

Being a topnotcher, Engr. Amongo then gave advice to those students striving hard and want to pursue his achievement. “Akon ma advice lang gid is don’t stop, pwede ka rest pero dapat naka-lock in ka man gyapon simo goal. Kung may worries ka, nakulbaan or tanan nga negative thoughts, just tap your chest and say ALL IS WELL”.
